It happens every August. Stores fill up with notebooks, back-to-school ads take over, and you’re thrown right back into the routine. But before you trade beach bags for backpacks and boat days for back-to-school schedules, treat yourself to at least one more adventure on the water. 

Many of our tours run through mid-October, which means there’s still plenty of time to cruise around Nantucket. This might even be our favorite time of the year to do so, with less boat traffic, more cozy layers, and the magic of a new season right around the corner. 

Bring the kids with you, treat yourself to a date night, or plan an evening out with friends. We have tours that suit every age, interest, and size.

For the College Crew: One Last Cruise Before Campus

For those lucky enough to have spent the season on Nantucket, now’s the time to grab your summer crew to make a few more memories before you head your separate ways.

Those 21+ will enjoy our Cocktail Cruise, while others will have just as much fun on a Sunset Cruise or private charter. For the more musically inclined friend groups, sing your hearts out with our Shanty Singers before the season ends!

For the Families: Quality Time to Say Goodbye to Summer

Instead of a shopping trip to the mall, get everyone together out on the water! This is where you’ll get the most smiles, laughs, and memories to start the school year off right. We have a variety of family-friendly tours that parents love just as much as the kids, such as our Harbor & Ice Cream Cruise or our Sip and Fish. The new clothes and shoes will be there, but days on the water are numbered!

For the Parents: A Celebration for Summer Survival

The kids have their new backpacks. You deserve a cocktail. Summer schedules are sometimes busier than the school year, and you’ve managed to do it all with a smile. Let’s cheers to that on our Cocktail or Sunset Cruise!

For Everyone: The Ultimate Back-to-School Send-Off

For bigger groups, a private charter is the best way to get everyone together before schedules start to look like a game of Tetris. Our private charters are completely tailored to you and your group for family outings, birthdays, or just-because celebrations. Our smaller charter boat (The Wampum) fits up to 11 passengers, while our larger one (The Minke) fits up to 23.
